Customer Service Representatives
NOMKA UK Communications has a part time position open for a customer service specialist.
Essential Functions
- Listen and respond accordingly to customer concerns over the phone
- Write professional responses to agents or client email using proper grammar, spelling
and punctuation
- Ensure 100% satisfaction with every call
- Maintain functional knowledge of customer websites and/or databases as well as products
and services
- Efficiently respond to phone inquiries and emails
- Be passionate about fulfilling the customers needs
- Represent NomKa U.K. Communications in the most professional way possible
Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge of: Internet, browsers, email, MS Word, and Windows
- Must have patience
- Phone professionalism
- Be able to work under pressure
